The Recreation Wish List Committee (RWLC) in partnership with the DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DC-DPR) & Southeast Tennis and Learning Center (SETLC) invite you to be part of the official unveiling of its $18 million world class renovation completion. This newly minted USTA certified world class facility will dazzle its guests and celebrities alike during this 3-day weekend.
The 16th Annual Heart to Heart Tennis Experience, a charity tennis tournament, will serve as the platform for these exciting events.
Event Details:
Day 1: October 30th 2015 – Meet & Greet Draw Reception sponsored by Pepco / 6pm-9pm
Day 2: October 31 st 2015 – Doubles Tournament & Celebrity Appearances / 9am-3pm
Day 3: November 1st 2015 – Community & Exhibitors Red Carpet Showcase / 2pm – 6pm
The Heart to Heart Tennis Experience is a tradition of teaming junior players with adult players in doubles tennis fun! The event features, a jazzercise style warm-up, tennis clinics, and a doubles tennis style tournament. The highlight of the event is a celebrity doubles tennis match & clinics featuring invited Tennis Superstars, Venus Williams, the Bryan Brothers, Washington Kastles Tennis Team and more.
